    Every puzzle is printed and packed in small batches just for you. Because each set is made to order and carefully checked by hand, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for your puzzle to be completed and shipped after your order is placed.

    Shipping & Delivery

    How many pieces does the puzzle have?

    Each set is a 1000-piece puzzle with a finished size of 20 x 27 in (50 x 70 cm). The pieces are precision die-cut so they snap together cleanly, and it ships in a sturdy box with the full artwork printed on top as your reference.

    What if it comes damaged or defective?

    If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. Once reviewed and approved, I'll gladly send a replacement to make things right.

    How do I store and care for my puzzle?

    Keep the pieces in the box when not in use and store flat in a dry place. Keep out of direct sunlight for extended periods as UV can fade the print over time. If you want to keep it framed, a thin layer of puzzle glue works great.
